THE HONEST BIT
It's personal preference whether to apply windscreen film to a daily driver. Yes — it will protect your windscreen, but with the inevitable contact from wipers, it can slowly deteriorate the top layer after around 12–18 months.
If used regularly, you'll eventually see visible wiper marks on the film. If those marks are becoming too apparent, the good news is simple: the film can be quickly replaced, bringing back full clarity and protection.
We'd always rather tell you this up front. For daily-driven cars, it's a judgment call; for spirited and occasional-use vehicles, it's an easy yes.
